Portrait requirements - Once you have decided upon the type of portrait you would like please contact me with your requirements via my request form. Please also mention if you have any specific deadline date. Choose a clear photograph or photographs and send them to my email address on veronica@veronicacrockford.com. My main rule of thumb is "the better the photo, the better the portrait. Once you are ready, purchase the custom portrait from here and I will begin on your drawing.
Once I have completed the portrait, I will email you a scanned and watermarked copy for your approval. At this stage I will be able to make any minor adjustments for you at your request. Once you have given final approval and the portrait has been scheduled for delivery, I will no longer be able to make any more changes.
Please note that some of the smaller portrait sizes are not available for multiple subjects due to the small space available.

A4 – 9×12 inches (22×30cm)                 1 – 2 people
A3 – 11.7×16.5 inches (30x42cm)          1 - 4 people
A portrait of Size A4 - 1 person usually takes me around 2 weeks.
Bigger drawings of Size A3 can take me anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how many people are in the drawing. If you need your portrait by a specific date, please contact me prior.
Delivery Cost & Shipping - Custom Portraits
Portraits are first placed in cellophane sleeves (archival) which you can keep on right up until they go into their frames – this will protect them from dirt and grease from fingers. Then they are packed flat in a strong durable 115gsm Envelope and "Please Do Not Bend" printed on the front.
Sent by Courier, and you will be mailed the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times (Estimates):
Within Malta: Delivery is free of charge. (Either pick up or delivered)
Rest of the world: Delivery is included in the price of the portrait.
(Once shipped, depending on your location it should take around 7-30 days).
* Delivery times are Estimates times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates, There may be delays if the items are held by customs. International shipping times may vary sometimes as items may be held by Customs (they get picked randomly by the Customs officer) this can cause a delay in delivery times.
